Customer Account

Set up your personal customer account below.  You will have access to your current bill, as well as past usage, bill due dates, etc.  You will also be able to pay your bill online from your account using your Debit or Credit card.

You will need to enter the name on the account exactly as it appears on your bill, INCLUDING your PHONE NUMBER, along with your Account # to set it up.  It’s THAT easy!

Customer Account Setup Instructions for Multiple Accounts

Bedminster Municipal Authority now offers online credit and debit card payments through Bluefin! Please note that Bluefin charges a convenience fee of 3.5%, or $4, whichever is higher. This fee is separate from your amount due on your water and sewer bill.

If you are interested in having your payments debited directly from your bank account for free, please print and fill out the form below, drop it in the drop box at the office, and we can have your payments debited directly from your bank account to have your bill paid.  If you have any questions, please feel free to email us at info@bedminsterma.org.

You can have a copy of your water and sewer bill e-mailed!!  Sign up by e-mailing us at info@bedminsterma.org.  Please remember to put your address in the subject line.  Please include your name, the name on the account (if different) and the e-mail address you would like your bill to be e-mailed to!

You will continue to receive a bill in the mail as well.

1st quarter bills (January, February, and March) are mailed out the first week of April and are due May

2nd quarter bills (April, May, and June) are mailed out the first week of July and are due August

3rd quarter bills (July, August, and September) are mailed out the first week of October and are due November

4th quarter bills (October, November, and December) are mailed out the first week of January and are due February

AUTHORITY HOURS:

For your convenience, the Authority office is open Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8am to 12 noon, and Tuesday and Thursday from 12 noon to 4pm.  You can always drop your payment in the 24/7 drop box located outside the building on the wall.
